Project Types

Being able to involve the right people at the right time gives us the flexibility to match resources to the needs of the project.
The project type dictates costs, knowledge and communication requirements and even the location.
We work on site at client premises and in our nearshore centres in Romania. This means that for larger projects we can scale up whenever required, offering excellent quality at competitive prices.

Nearshore Delivery

The whole project/product is delivered by one of our Nearshore Delivery Centres. Specific activities requiring a high degree of client interaction are enhanced through short trips on-site.

The iQuest Local NearShore model

When an on-site presence is required to expedite a project, we organise the delivery process accordingly. The delivery team has an on-site and nearshore component.
We call this the Local NearShore model.
The specific combination of local and nearshore IT services is always aligned with the client demands and project requirements.
Local NearShore is the right choice if you are looking for cost-effective project delivery, which requires an on-site presence. It combines the best of both worlds: cost advantages of the nearshore delivery and the high interactivity of on-site presence. The nearshore and the on-site components are integrated through a delivery process specifically designed for multi-site project setups.

Contractual models

The way our contracts are set up is similarly flexible and can be adapted to our specific client requirements.

Options include fixed price projects or time & material (expenses-based) projects. For projects of a more ongoing nature, we often continue with long-term, permanently allocated nearshore or nearshore/on-site teams.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) / Service Level Measurement

SLAs are concluded prior to project start. We detail expected results, tasks to be performed, response times, availability and more. This ensures that you consistently receive high quality, reliability and security. The observance of SLA parameters is automatically supervised during our projects and monthly SLA reports offer an accurate overview regarding the quality and the utilisation ratio of the services.
