The application and interview process at iQuest is thorough, no matter which side of the meeting table you’re on:
- For us, it’s about identifying candidates who best match our culture. A recruitment team involving highly specialised personnel, both technical and human resources, objectively evaluates candidates. Top management representatives may participate in final stages of the recruitment process.
- For you, it’s critical that you find the career path that allows you to develop as a professional and as an individual.
The process

Your application
Applications may vary depending on the office you’re applying to and your background, but should generally include the following:
- CV and covering letter telling us a little about yourself
- Location preference (e.g. Cluj, Brasov, Bucuresti)
- Educational background
- Qualifications
- Work experience
- Examples of extracurricular and/or community leadership
Our recruitment team evaluates your CV against technical criteria (desired technical skills, technical experience) and personal criteria (any of the things that might provide us with better understanding of ‘you’: your values, your drive, your desire to learn, teamwork involvement, English fluency, etc.)
Following your interview, expect a decision or feedback within a few days.
